After simmering away in a traditional copper jam kettle, each jar is hand-poured and hand-labelled down in our Jam Kitchen on site.

If you like traditional then nothing can beat our Classic Strawberry Extra Jam, however, we also pander for those wishing to be a little more adventurous. So if you fancy Strawberry with a twist our Strawberry & Chili Extra Jam certainly gives you a sweet little kick! Along with a range of delicious Chutneys, there is something to cater for everyone.
