How to claim

How to claim

Claiming your discount is simple!

  • Head over to our booking site to choose your tickets
  • Select the date & time of your first visit
  • Make your visit extra special by adding any optional experiences/tours to your booking
  • Then you need to add the discount code: BLUE30
  • A 30% discount will then be applied to your Cydermaster Pass.
  • Create your account and complete your booking.
  • Tickets must be booked in the name of the Blue Light or Defence Discount Card Holder, which must also be presented on the day of your visit along with a photo ID to validate your entry.

Terms & Conditions
  • The Blue Light & Defence Discount offer will grant you 30% off the price of a Cydermaster Pass only. The discount does not apply to optional purchases, retail items, food & drink, tours or experiences.
  • This offer may also be used to apply a discount to family & friends who will be present with you on your first visit.
  • This offer must be redeemed by a visit between the 1st of April 2024 and 31st of October 2024. Subject to change.
  • This discount is only available to customers who have a valid Blue Light or Defence Discount Card.
  • Upon arrival, customers must present their Blue Light or Defence Discount card to validate the promotional discount and the cardholder must be present. The cardholder must also present a government-issued photo ID with a name that matches that of the discount card.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • The offer can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Sadly, we cannot retrospectively offer refunds on any tickets purchased without the voucher code applied or for any tickets purchased prior to this offer.
