Rattler Fest 2025 Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Rattler Cyder (“Promoter”). This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.

The competition is open to residents of England, Wales, and the Scottish mainland.
Entrants and their three chosen friends must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

The competition opens on Friday 7th March 2025 and closes at midday on Friday 14th March 2025.
Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

To enter, participants must:

Follow @rattlercyder and @rattler.fest on Instagram.
Like and share the competition post.
Tag three friends in the comments who they would bring to Rattler Fest 2025.

Entries will be collected from both Facebook and Instagram.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple comments will not increase chances of winning.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of using multiple accounts or fraudulent means to enter.

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate VIP Rattler Fest 2025 Experience, which includes:

VIP Glamping Bundle – Deluxe bell tent with a four-person bedding package.
Four Weekend Camping Tickets – Full festival access for the weekend.
Rattler Merch – Festival-ready Rattler merchandise.
Pre-Drinks Package – Complimentary drinks in your tent.
Four Annual Passes – Unlimited access to the home of Rattler for one year.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
The prize does not include transport to and from the event or any additional expenses.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on Monday 17th March 2025, and the winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook Stories.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and disqualify any entrants found to be in breach of these terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle, and image in promotional content related to this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilment of the prize.
