Come and join the family at Healeys as a Garden Design & Landscaper.

We are looking for someone to plan and design the gardens at a family residence in Flushing, Cornwall; working in conjunction with the Chairman and the gardener to provide proactive maintenance and improvements; to include landscaping; planting schemes and bespoke gardening.

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour DOE.

Hours: 8 hours per week.

Key Duties for this role are:

You will be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of the grounds and gardens of the family residence in Flushing.
Responsible for providing long-lasting solutions to the Chairman.
Daily/weekly/monthly checks on the planting, grass, weeds etc. Working in conjunction with the current gardener to ensure routine tasks are carried out.
Using a variety of tools and machinery, with appropriate qualifications, to perform your tasks.
Providing a full professional garden maintenance service to create and maintain beautiful gardens.
Able to provide garden design ideas to include garden features to the Chairman to lead to improvements of the gardens.
Being able to undertake or bring in contractors for groundworks and plant hire.
Weekly meeting with the Chairman to share your ideas and strategy.

Being open and honest in all communication.
Able to keep business and person matters of the Healeys confidential.
Any other activity/task as and when requested by the Directors.
