Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is a family-run, year round visitor attraction and home to the famous Rattler Cyder! Since the company was founded in 1980, Healeys has grown incredibly, with listings across big Supermarket chains such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons, in addition to our regional and national wholesale partners. With a multi-faceted production facility specialising in a range of products from ciders, wines, preserves and spirits, our business is thriving and has a very exciting future ahead.

A fantastic opportunity is available to join our busy Marketing Team, to become part of an iconic Cornish business, and to make your mark as our Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives, help and develop long term brand strategies that directly improve the groups brand value and sales performance.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Duties & Responsibility

  • Develop the groups brand guidelines and provide a framework to ensure consistent and ‘onbrand’ communications across the group
  • Create and execute the short, medium and long term marketing plans for the various brands
  • Oversee current product range and create initiatives for new products or services.
  • Ensure an effective, multi-channel communications strategy is in place to support product launches
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Work with the Designers on the creative development of promotional materials including press releases, leaflets, product booklets, advertisements, website, social media, and e-newsletters, ensuring brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
  • Working with a PR agency to achieve frequent and timely media coverage across all channels, acting positively to respond to customer feedback.
  • Oversee current product range and create initiatives for new products or services.
  • Create engaging content print and digital communication platforms.
  • Support the Marketing & Social Media Executive with our social media platforms. Help them create engaging content calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely posts whilst responding to customer enquiries.
  • Communicate with various printers and other services/contractors to help marketing projects come to fruition and to budget.
  • Working with a PR agency to achieve frequent and timely media coverage across all channels, acting positively to respond to customer feedback.
  • Manage the consumer database and actively seek ways to grow this through feedback forms, competitions, and partnerships. Ensure master list is regularly updated and manage and implement the monthly e-newsletter plan.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collect data and other feedback.
  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings.
  • To maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company’s mission statement.
  • To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
  • Have an awareness and understanding of business priorities.
  • To behave with a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexibility to work in different departments during our busy season and flexibility in hours.

Experience

  • 3-5 years marketing experience in an executive or assistant role
  • Previous experience as a brand or advertising manager

Ideal Qualification

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • The Chartered Institute of Marketing
