Operations Administration Assistant
Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is a family-run, admission-based visitor attraction and home to the thriving production house of the famous Rattler Cyder! Since the company was founded in 1980, Healeys has grown incredibly, with listings across big supermarket chains such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons, in addition to our regional and national wholesale partners. With a multi-faceted production facility specialising in a range of products from ciders, wines, preserves and spirits, our business is thriving and has a very exciting future ahead.
A fantastic opportunity is available to join our busy Production team, to become a permanent part of an iconic Cornish business, and to make your mark in this exciting role as our Operations Administration Assistant.
In this role, you will provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the business to include all production operations based administration duties.
Salary - £12.60 per hour
Hours - 25 - 30 hours per week
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operations team (Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Engineering) with stock processing, raw materials ordering, equipment ordering and inputting operations data
- Compiling spreadsheets on Excel and Power Apps
- Booking in and out deliveries
- Collaborating with the sales team, processing customer orders.
- Completion of general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- To be open to completing tasks which may fall outside of your role or remit with a positive, sleeves rolled up mentality
- Any other activity/tasks as and when requested by the Directors.
Work Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably production based).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Experience in a corporate environment or high growth business (desirable)
