As a key part of our F&B team you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional experience and day out to all guests.

Hours: Our opening times vary but in the height of summer, we are open from 9am-8pm. Your hours will be flexible according to the needs of the business, ideally working up to 40 hours a week over the summer season. We will also consider part time roles for the right candidates.

Pay: Minimum wage for age, increasing by 20p per hour once you complete your induction with additional pay increments as you take on extra responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that service, delivery and presentation of food and beverage to customers is an exceptional standard.
Producing and delivering exceptional food consistently.
Contributing to service and operationally delivering a smooth kitchen shift.
Have excellent knowledge of recipes, ingredients as well as our Healey's products.
Day to Day Ordering, Opening and Closing of food outlets across the site.
Following Safer Food Better Business procedures.
Reporting any H&S issues to Head Chef.
Maintaining high standard and operating procedures and ensuring compliance with Company procedures.
You will assist the management team in effective stock control and waste management, including stock takes, maintaining records to ensure restaurant is cost effective.
To be open to completing tasks which may fall outside of your role or remit with a positive, sleeves rolled up mentality as and when requested.
