Since the company was founded in 1980, Healeys Cyder has grown enormously, boasting more than 130,000 visitors per year and array of awards for our cyders & spirits. With an impressive schedule of events, alongside a multi-million-pound investment across a two-phase extension project, driving excellent customer experience on site has never been more important.

Come and join us this summer, and work with us to deliver a customer experience like no other! We are looking for passionate and engaging Catering Supervisors to join our Food & Beverage team.

For the right candidates who show flair, passion, and dedication, these temporary roles can lead to something more permanent – and ultimately a career at Healeys. Contracts will be starting from Whitsun Weekend, right through to the end of September, but all availabilities will be considered!

As we are an alcohol retailer, applicants must be aged 18 or over!

Hours: We are open 9am-8pm in the height of Summer, your hours will be flexible according to business need, working up to 40 hours a week.

Pay: £10.00 per hour. You will also recieve a substantial bonus for working the busy summer months, if you complete your contract!

Aside from delivering an excellent Food & Beverage experience to our customers at all times, our Catering Supervisors have duties including:

Opening up and closing down of all catering outlets, making sure everything is looking it's best and compliant with health and safety guidelines
Completeing duty manager checklists where required, to ensure the smooth running of the business
Actively monitoring and motivating the team to ensure they are all engaged and working hard!
Supporting with the creating and communicating of staff rotas, ensuring full cover at all times
Organising the daily plan with regards to cover, duties and staff breaks
Ensure we are always compliant with any legislation regarding the sale of alcoholic drinks
Stocktaking and ordering for all catering outlets, ensuring comprehensive stock levels are maintained, with good stock rotation.
To ensure the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is promoted and maintained.
