Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is an iconic, family run visitor attraction in the heart of Cornwall and home to our very own Rattler Cyder. Since the Company was founded in 1980, Healeys Cyder has grown enormously, welcoming more than 130,000 visitors per year. The business has also received an array of awards for our cyders & spirits. With an impressive schedule of events, alongside a multi-million-pound investment across a two-phase extension project, driving excellent customer experience on site has never been so important.

We’re looking for passionate and engaging Retail Assistants to join our Visitor Experience team!

As we are an alcohol retail, applicants should be aged 18 or over.

Hours: We are open 9am-8pm in the height of Summer and 9am -6pm outside of these times. We would love for you to be flexible in line with our business needs and we will do the same.

Pay: From £6.83 to £9.50 per hour in the first instance, and in line with National Minimum Wage. However, we do offer pay increments for those who are trained in additional areas.

On a day-to-day basis our Retail team have duties including:

Hosting in the Visitor Centre, greeting customers and processing bookings through our admissions portal
Being a sample bar superstar by delivering exceptional service of guided tastings through our drinks range
Become an experienced host and take groups around the farm through exclusive tours
Delivering an incredible visitor experience to every person who walks through the door
After onsite training, taking our visitors on tractor rides round our fabulous orchards!
