Production Operator (POSITION CLOSED)

Right now, we are recruiting for a talented and self-driven, individual to come and have their #RattlerMoment supporting the Production and Visitor business strategy.

On a day to day basis our Production Cru, work on the production line with duties including:

• Pruning and harvesting
• Pressing, filtering, and blending
• Bottling, labelling, and packing

Directed by our Production Manager You will be able to:

• Follow and work to production plans and deadlines
• In accordance with the procedures for max weights do some heavy lifting
• Comply with Health & Safety, Food Safety policies
• Create a friendly rapport with the visiting members of the public

Successful applicants will potentially have demonstrable experience in working within a similar environment, however we offer a full development programme for go getters that are eager to learn and progress, all you need to have is work hard approach, be able to work within a team, and be flexible to working across different areas of the business, and excellent attention to detail.

Working hours will be 40 hours a week (average) as per contract and will need to be on a flexible basis, due to the needs of the company. Production operating hours are between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday, during which various shift patterns may occur. You will need to be a car driver due to location.

Salary: £21,000.00 - £27,000.00 per year
