Finally, you'll head down to the Secret Healeys cellar bar where you'll learn the art of cyder and spirit tasting.
You’ll be taught about the key components of an apple (acidity, sugars and tannin) whilst learning how we balance them to craft different cyders. You’ll also learn about the “heads, hearts and tails” of a spirit, you’ll whiff botanicals we use to make Rattler Gin and then the best part… the tasting class!
During the tasting class, you’ll be invited to a guided tasting of 3 different Healeys Cyders, Healeys Limited Edition Rum plus a choice of Hicks & Healey Whiskey or Healeys Brandy.
As a special treat, we’ll introduce you to Tresor Classic Cuvee, a sparkling wine made in the classic method (similar to champagne) using single-estate grapes grown at the Healeys Vineyard in Truro, pressed and bottled here at the farm! This is a boozy tour containing a combination of cyder, spirits and wine, so please drink responsibly and never drink & drive.
