Cyder through the ages...

Cyder through the ages...

Named after the founders, in the "David & Kay Workshop" you’ll gain some interesting insight into how our cyder was made at the farm back in the 1980’s plus you’ll see some of the original equipment that was used!

Cyder making has come a very long way in the last 40 years!

Distillery & Cellars

Distillery & Cellars

Cyder isn't our only apple-inspired drink... we make gin and other spirits too!

The Healeys Distillery was founded in 2000 when we began by making Apple Brandy in Cornwall's first distillery for 300 years! Since then, we've collaborated with St Austell Brewery to produce England's Oldest Whiskey and more recently we have produced a limited edition Rum and a collection of Rattler Gin!

After you've visited the distillery, you'll tip toe through our cellars where barrels of Brandy, barrel-aged cyder reserves, whiskey and rum is quietly maturing, taking on incredible flavours and waiting for the perfect moment to pour.

60+ Tastings Included!

60+ Tastings Included!

We opened the Healeys Tasting Room in April 2022 and it is located where the old farm shop used to be!

The Tasting Room will take you on the ultimate Healeys journey of sight, smell and taste as you learn more about cyder, spirits, wine, jam and soft drinks.

Fool around on a summer's afternoon in the Scrumpy garden, grab a photo whilst surfing the Rattler wave, find out if you're as strong as our jam chef or nose the various botanicals we use to make gin!

Kay's Cyderhouse

Kay's Cyderhouse

Opened in 2023, Kay's Cyderhouse is the latest development at the farm and includes a new apple-pressing facility, three new apple bays, and a smart water transportation system. Here, you'll discover how we press our apples, capture the delicious juice, and witness the magic taking place in the famous cyder vats, which hold a combined 1.2 million litres of apple juice.

As you venture downstairs to the ground floor of Kay's Cyderhouse, immerse yourself in the history of our treasured Austin-Healey classic cars.

Production Halls

Production Halls

During your Self-Guided Tour, you can visit our production halls and watch our cyders & juices being bottled, labelled, packaged and kegged in real time... including our famous Rattler Cornish Cloudy Cyder!

Did you know that on average, we can bottle up to 6,500 bottles of cyder every hour!
