Is it love at first sight?  As The Cornish Cydermasters, we believe that cyder should be truly enjoyed by all the senses. With our top down approach, we start with our eyes.

Looking at the liquid can tell us some much more about what we are about to taste and awakens our taste buds to the flavours coming...

From a bucket of over ripe apples to notes of caramel and banana, by taking the time to appreciate the scents from the glass, we can get so much more from the taste of the cyders.  

Discover the masterful blends of oak from our oak aged cyders and the brandy, whiskey, bourbon or rum running through our Reserves range exclusively available in the farm shop. 

Good things come to those who wait. From sight to smell, the cyder then tastes so much better with appreciation and understanding of all its components and how it's made.
