Calling all cyder-loving adults, let us take a journey through our heart and soul and learn how we go from pip to pour in the most in-depth tour we have ever done on this brand new adult-only Full Healeys Experience.
Available every day at 3:30 pm during May - must be pre-booked online with valid admission. Adults only.

You can't make great cyder, without great apples!
The first part of your experience begins with a 15-minute vintage tractor tour of our 20-acre Cornish apple orchards, aboard our 1950 Fordson Major Tractor.
Sunshine, soil and the fresh Atlantic breeze make our trees tall and fantastically fruitful. Scattered with over 3000 trees – our leafy orchards are home to seven varieties of traditional Cornish native apples.
The next stop is the Press House, which is where our delicious apples take the next big step in their juicy journey!
From September to early December, 2,000 tonnes of apples make their way through our press house. They're washed, mashed and pressed to extract delicious juice, which is then piped over to our production halls to start the fermentation process.
Thanks to our access-all-areas policy, every single visitor can now enter and view our production facility... but you'll be treated to a Cydermaster as your guide, to give you a more in-depth understanding of how our cyder leaves the press house and ends up in a bottle.
Did you know that the filler in our production factory can fill up to 6,000 bottles an hour... that is an impressive 3,000 litres every hour!
We've been distilling spirits since 2000, starting with our apple-based Brandy, then in 2003, we started distilling England's oldest Whiskey! However, it wasn't until February 2020 when we introduced Rattler Cornish Gin to the world!
As many of you will already know, Rattler spirits aren't your run-of-the-mill tipple, made the Cornish way and with extra Healeys know-how, every single spirit is created, distilled, and blended from our famous cyder as its base, right here at the Farm!
Did you know every 70cl bottle of Rattler Gin is distilled from approximately 15 bottles of Rattler Cyder!
Have you ever walked among dozens of sleeping barrels, filled with the finest spirits and cyder reserves? No? Well now is your chance!
Here, with a Cydermaster as your guide, you'll learn the contents of all these barrels, along with a few other nuggets of information that may well come in handy in a pub quiz one day... including the mystery behind disappearing whiskey and brandy!
Finally, you'll be invited to take a seat at our Secret Underground Bar to begin your Cyder Sensory class, where you'll learn the art of cyder tasting: understanding acidity, sweetness, and tannins whilst unearthing Healeys’ secret apple blends.
Become an honouree Cornish Cydermaster, learning how to truly taste our three most popular cyder blends whilst discovering the techniques of their creation.
To round off your sensory tasting class, you'll also be sampling our core range of cyders, reserves PLUS our cyder brandy, gin and Eau de Vie’s.
As Healeys Cyder is officially home to England's oldest whiskey, our VIP guests will also be invited to sample our very own exclusive Hicks & Healey single malt whiskey!
You'll also leave your experience with a free gift from us to say thank you for joining us on this journey through cyder-making!
The Full Healeys Experience is strictly adults-only and will last approximately 90 minutes. Sadly, as this experience includes a guided tour of our production halls, it is not suitable for dogs.
