Retail Duty Manager

As Duty Manager you will assist the Retail Manager and act as a key contributor to the on-site retail division, primarily the Visitor Centre and Farm Shop and Redhouse.  As an integral part of the management team, you will drive the efficiency and profitability and ensure efficiency and excellence across visitor operations, customer experience and events.

Brand Ambassadors/Retail Assistants

Healeys Cyder Farm is a growing family run business, built on passion and hard work. With exceptional continued growth we are seeking a number of Brand Ambassadors to join our team of hard-working individuals who will provide an exceptional customer experience to our visitors throughout Easter and the Summer months.

For the right candidates, who can be our ‘Brand Ambassadors’ on site, these initial temporary roles can lead to permanent roles – and ultimately a career within our company.

You will have excellent customer service skills, passionate about delivering our brand experience, hardworking and flexible. You will be friendly, approachable and personable, with an outwardly confident approach. You will need good literacy and numeracy skills.

Various roles will have different responsibilities on the site, and within our Visitor Centre but everyone will need to ensure they are always putting our customers first.

Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage, but any applications will be welcomed by people with a positive attitude.

You will also need your own transportation to get here due to the flexibility of the role.

The hours of work will vary, but could be up to 40 hours a week, working flexibly across 7 days a week. Hourly pay will be dependent on experience and discussed at interview.

Seasonal Catering Assistants

Healeys Cyder Farm is a growing family run business, built on passion and hard work (and home to our famous Rattler Cyder!). With exceptional continued growth we are seeking a number of Catering Assistants to join our team of hard working individuals who will provide an exceptional customer experience to our visitors throughout our busy season, working in our newly refurbished Cream Team Room and Restaurant. For the right candidates who show flare, passion and dedication, these initial temporary roles can lead to permanent roles – and ultimately a career within our company.

You will have excellent customer service skills, passionate about delivering our brand experience, hard working and flexible. You will be friendly, approachable and personable, with an outwardly confident approach. Some experience in a catering environment would be an advantage, but the willingness to deliver exceptional customer service is key and any applications will be welcomed from people with a positive attitude. You will need good literacy and numeracy skills.

The role may vary and you could be taking food orders in our Restaurant, to serving cream teas in our Cream Tea Room.

You will also need your own transportation to get here due to the flexibility of the role.

You will be need to be available to work until 31 October 2019(end of contract), although this may be extended if appropriate.

Marketing Executive

Want to work at the home of Rattler cyder? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join the marketing team at Penhallow. Working alongside our in-house designer, you will implement the marketing plan with an aim of understanding our customers to create exceptional products and brand experiences whilst attracting visitors throughout the year to Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm.

You’ll be creative, organised, have the ability to self manage and will be excited to see results.

Whilst this is initially a six-month contract, there may be opportunity to extend this to a permanent position on review in September 2019.

Key responsibilities:

Implementation of the marketing plan within the annual budget. Which includes:

Salary: Up to £26k per annum.
