Healeys Cyder Farm is a family-run business, built on passion, hard work, and as you probably know us, home to our famous Rattler Cyder!

Whether it is getting to the core of great flavour, or thinking outside the box, we know what it takes to make our business special, and this starts with welcoming new employees to join our driven and passionate team to discover their Healeys story for themselves.

We are currently looking for temporary Retail Assistants to join our passionate, hard-working Cru over the October half term covering 16th-31st October. Depending on the business needs, there may be opportunity to come back and support of the Christmas Holidays!

On a day-to-day basis our Retail Cru have duties including:

Hosting in the Visitor Centre, greeting customers and processing bookings through our admissions portal
Being a sample bar superstar by delivering exceptional service of guided tastings through our drinks range
Become an experience host and take groups around the farm through exclusive tours
Delivering an incredible visitor experience to every person who walks through the door

Advantageous experience:

Retail experience
Till/POS experience

You will be friendly, approachable, and personable, with an outwardly confident approach and the willingness to deliver exceptional customer service. Any applications will be welcomed from people with a positive attitude.

Hours: We are open 9am-6pm, your hours will be flexible according to business need, ideally 40 hours a week.

Salary: £6.56 per hour (18-20), £8.36 per hour (21-22) £8.91 per hour (23+)
