Marketing and Social Media Executive
A unique opportunity has arisen for a social media and marketing obsessed digital native to manage the digital and social channels for all brands under the Healeys portfolio, including the iconic Rattler cyder. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with one of the most loved and recognised brands in the South West.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Create and manage best-in-class, innovative and on brand social media content across all business channels
- Using proven social media management methods and strategies that drives views, engagement, high average watch time and ultimately, growth
- Community manage all social channels, responding DMs and messages in a timely manner
- Deliver engaging social campaigns in line with the wider strategy that leads to product brand advocacy & awareness, drives on/off trade awareness and footfall at our venue
- Develop and execute a robust influencer strategy for our Rattler brand
- Identify and source brand partnerships and collaborations across social channels that are on brand and commercially viable
- Report on social media performance, analysing results and making improvements where necessary.
- Manage all paid social media campaigns both in content, audience selection, budget, ROAS and ROI and report on their efficacy and impact.
- Maintain our websites, create landing pages, optimise the user experience via SEO, and manage the delivery of small website projects
- Manage the Ecommerce website, including product upload, stock maintenance, ordering, and managing seasonal campaigns
- Manage the timely delivery of various print communications e.g. attraction leaflet, product booklet, attraction adverts, menus, on-site communications
- Assist with the marketing of visitor attraction key events to drive footfall
- Assist the sales department with on and off-trade marketing
- Ensure NPD timelines are managed and on track, liaising across departments to ensure successful digital and social launches
- Creation of timely internal marketing reports
- Work with agencies and internal departments to deliver BAU, strategic and campaign-led seasonal comms
About you:
You’ll be a digital native who can manage multiple social media accounts across both paid and organic
You’ll be skilled in various CMS systems, and can understand the technical elements of websites, including SEO
You’ll be able to build, write and send newsletters using a CRM system
You will have a creative flair, excellent copywriting skills and an ability to understand the distinct differences between different brand personalities and be able to communicate that both visually and in tone of voice.
You will use your organisational and planning skills to deliver social and digital content to the highest standard and to strict deadlines.
You’ll know the latest trends, innovations and what makes engaging social comms - and be able to use your expertise to understand how and when to deliver the most channel-appropriate content for maximum impact
You’ll instinctively understand how to speak to and deliver content that resonates with different audiences
You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Key skills required:
2-3 years experience managing social channels for a hospitality and/or FMCG brand - including paid and influencers
2-3 years previous management of CMS systems and Ecommerce websites
Practical knowledge of SEO and CRM systems
Have an excellent understanding of analytics and insights across social and digital
Creative flair and a love for all things ‘brand’ - with a solid, demonstrable knowledge of branding trends across various industries
Superb technical expertise in social content capture and editing
Great copywriting skills, with a practical understanding and execution of tone of voice
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of lifestyle and FMCG brands within a marketing landscape
Agency management is preferred although not essential
Hours; 40 hours per week
Salary; £30,000 per year
