Group Head of Marketing
We are a leading independent, family owned and operated drinks manufacturer with a growing portfolio of award-winning products. Alongside our production business, we operate a dynamic and diverse chain of hospitality venues that celebrate community, craft, and exceptional experiences.
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to lead our brand across both product and venue operations.
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across both sides of the business—our drinks brands and our hospitality venues. You will drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and revenue through innovative campaigns, data-driven decision making, and collaborative leadership.
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead a cohesive marketing strategy that supports both drinks sales (on/off trade) and footfall/revenue at our venues
- Manage and mentor the marketing team across brand, digital, events, and design functions
- Align marketing activities with business goals and present regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
- Consider broader ‘brand Healey’ integration (eg Marine) and how this fits with the overall brand positioning and story
Brand & Campaign Management
- Build and evolve our drinks brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Lead seasonal and product launch campaigns, including creative, PR, content, and experiential activation
- Oversee branding and marketing for our hospitality venues, ensuring consistency while allowing for localised individuality
- Lead on NPD – think outside the box and creatively to find ‘the next’ big thing for Healeys
Digital & Content Marketing
- Own the digital marketing strategy (web, email, paid media, social), ensuring data-driven optimisation
- Ensure our overall online presence reflects the quality of our brands and venues
- Guide content creation for both cider and venues: storytelling, photography, video, influencer partnerships, etc.
- Manage CRM and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits and sales
Events & Partnerships
- Collaborate with venue managers on events and promotions that increase traffic and sales
- Lead presence at trade shows, festivals, and industry events to grow cider brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with influencers, media, distributors, and collaborators
Insights & Reporting
- Use data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends
- Report regularly on KPIs including brand engagement, footfall, conversion, and ROI
Senior Leadership Team
- As a key member of the SLT, to demonstrate strong leadership, to embody our values and help positively influence and steer the overall culture at Healeys
- You will have exposure to and be invited to board meetings together with general work as requested by the Chairman
- Any other activity/task as and when requested by the Directors.
Work Experience
- 5+ years in senior marketing role
- FMCG experience
- Venue marketing experience
Skills
- Strong understanding of both product marketing and experiential/venue marketing
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills
- Strong digital marketing expertise (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, etc.)
- Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable growth
- Passion for craft products, hospitality, and community
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Salary - Up to £70,000 per year
Hours - 40 hours a week
