Rattler Gin launches in Tesco Stores

We are excited to share that on Monday 31 August 2020, Rattler Cornish Dry Gin and Rattler Cornish Pink Gin will officially launch in 33 Tesco stores across the South West, which is just the first step in our plans and ambitions to make Rattler Cyder and Rattler Spirits more widely available across the UK.

Back in February 2020, Rattler Cyder fans were sent into a frenzy when we announced we were about to launch our first ever Rattler Gin. That was just 6 months ago, so it is fair to say that Rattler Gin has been a huge hit with customers and the demand for a unique, Cornish gin is very strong and still growing.

Rattler Cornish Pink Gin (37.5% ABV) is infused with raspberries for a fruity twist to tickle the taste buds and pairs deliciously with Healeys Rose Lemonade Avalade along with a raspberry or blueberry garnish.

Rattler Cornish Dry Gin (37.5% ABV) is perfect with a good quality tonic and a slice of lemon, or to add another fruity layer, pair with any of the Healeys new sparkling Avalade range.

Before launching Rattler Gin, we already knew how competitive the market was, with customers given more choice than ever before, so Rattler Gin had to stand out... and it does, by the apple load!

Distilled from scratch in Cornwall's oldest distillery, the process of making Rattler Gin starts with the same zingy apples that have given Cornwall's iconic Rattler Cyder its crisp refreshing bite.

With the apples pressed, fermented, and distilled twice onsite, the spirit is blended with seven botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, iris, angelica, and mace) - offering a gin that is a natural extension to our existing product range.
