Although Healeys is a cyder farm, we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly attraction.
With this in mind, all children aged 0-4 are given FREE admission onto our tours and experiences. As your children grow older, they will develop a natural thirst for knowledge, but until then, little ones aged 4 and under will not be charged to explore more of the farm with their family.
The Healeys Tasting Room will take you on the ultimate journey of sight, smell and taste as you learn more about cyder, spirits, wine, jam and soft drinks.
Fool around on a summer's afternoon in the Scrumpy garden, grab a photo whilst surfing the Rattler wave, take a seat at the wheel of a real vintage tractor for another photo opportunity, smell the various botanicals we use to make gin, test your Healeys knowledge at our interactive Cydermaster Quiz and of course... meet us at the new and improved free tasting counter to sample everything we have on offer!
Down to the courtyard and beyond, see what furry friends can be met along the way.
Our friendly animals are part of our family and whilst some spend many hours in other fields, they are brought down to the farm most days to be fussed over.
Enjoy lazy afternoons in the courtyard with a cream tea (and a refreshing pint of course!), peacock-spotting and letting the little ones watch our cute pygmy goats on their trampoline.
You'll meet Shire horses, Shetland ponies, chickens, Pygmy goats, Cornish Black pigs, donkeys & peacocks.
We are so proud to be the master cydermakers behind the iconic brand, Rattler Cyder and your admission ticket gives you access behind the scenes - so you can see bottles make their way through our production line, being; sterilised, filled with cyder, capped, labelled and packaged!
Our four-legged friends are always welcome at Healeys!
Friendly dogs on a lead are very welcome. They can go almost everywhere that you can go, and can join you on a tractor ride or for the Gin Tasting Experience. Areas currently restricted to guide dogs only are our production halls and jam kitchen, so sadly this rules out our Family Cydermaster Tour and Full Healeys Experience, as both experiences include a guided tour of the production halls.
As always, there is ample free parking available at Healeys, including a separate car park for larger vehicles such as caravans and motorhomes.
